Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

- Personalized or custom-made products
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@rebelrelease.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping Your Return: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
- Inspecting Returns: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
Processing Refunds:
- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at exchanges@rebelrelease.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
